Building a National Cadre of Conservation Agriculture Leaders
The EFSS Train-the-Trainer (ToT) Program professionalizes youth as conservation agriculture instructors and community resource persons.
What We Do:
Certify youth Champions and Fellows in Foundations for Farming methodology.
Deliver structured two-day ToT courses with optional field practicum extensions.
Provide facilitation skills, ethics orientation, safeguarding standards, and assessment.
Offer professional ToT services to NGOs, schools, churches, and community groups on a cost-recovery basis
Why It Matters:
By equipping youth with technical and leadership skills, EFSS creates a sustainable training system that continues beyond program cycles and enables national replication of conservation agriculture.
